Welcome to our new website!

We have upgraded our site to a new platform to better serve you! Our old site was outdated and always breaking down. We hope that this new robust platform will be more stable than our previous version and the transition to this new system will be painless for all of us. We have migrated all of our data from our old platform to this new platform, including your past orders. However, navigating this new site will be a bit different than our old site. Below is a quick start guide we have put together for an easy transition to our new site.


Activate your new account.

You should have received an email from us stating to "Activate your account". When you follow that link, you will be asked to set up a new password for your account. You may use the same password as you have had before or you can create a new one--but everyone has to set a password to begin. If you did not receive this email or the link expired, let us know and we can send you another activation link.


Store Credits

If you had store credit with us for either products you returns or broken screens to you sold to us, those credit have been transferred to the new platform. The way of redeeming those points is a little different though--you will need to log in to your account and click the button called "STORE CREDIT". A window will pop up and display your current store credit amount. If you would like to use the store credit you MUST check the box in this popup and enter how much credit you would like to use BEFORE you place your order. You will not have an option at checkout to use your store credit. You MUST specify you are using credit BEFORE placing the order.


Product Returns

Our returns process is a little different as well. You will need to click the link at the bottom of the page that says "Start a Return" and enter the order number and zip code. Your order number will be different from the order number in our old system! (old order number format #10000####, new order format #####) Then, you will be asked to select which products on that order you will be returning and a reason for the return. You will then be able to create and print a return shipping label right from that page.


Mobile Site Cart Issue

Some customers have expressed an issue that prevents them from checking out using their mobile device. Specifically, the cart button moves over to the left of the top banner and you are unable to click the checkout button. If you experience this issue, please scroll to the top of our site, and click the "Links" dropdown menu in the top right. From there, click the "View Cart" link to be taken to the page to check out. We apologize for the inconvenience and are looking into resolving this issue!
